Desliming Screen
Introduction
Desliming screens have a wide variety of application including desliming, and washing. It is made up of screen cloth, vibration exciter, supporting system and motor. Materials such as sand, gravel, crushed aggregates, sand, industrial sands, mineral sands, hard rock, precious metals, coal, iron ore, salt and other granular materials which can be processed by dewatering screens.
When the two vibrating motor that installed vertically on the dewatering screen rotate relatively, the eccentric block of two vibrating motors produce rated excitation force. The horizontal excitation force will cancel each other out, the vertical excitation force is transported to the whole screen surface through the body mass vibration. Dewatering screen is widely used in coal industry, ore industry, electricity industry metallurgy industry, mining industry etc.
